I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I help by providing a compassionate, genuine, and authentic approach to therapy. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I incorporate skills of Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Mindfulness throughout sessions.
