About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, a Licensed Practical Counselor in the state of Texas, a retired U.S. Army Veteran and senior leader, and have over 18 years of nonclinical and clinical experience. I work exclusively with women, focusing on issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and confidence. My specialized area of expertise is in pathological relationships—particularly recovery from narcissistic abuse and emotional manipulation.
My approach is highly psychoeducational, helping women understand the psychological and behavioral dynamics of toxic and abusive relationships. Through education, insight, and emotional processing, I guide clients in recognizing cognitive dissonance, breaking trauma bonds, rebuilding self-worth, and developing healthier boundaries.
I offer 30-minute sessions by video or phone only.
I believe each woman holds the wisdom and strength to heal and redefine her story. Therapy is a courageous step toward restoration, clarity, and empowerment—and I am here to walk that path with you.

Dr. Bryant is warm, inviting and incredibly easy to talk to. She thoroughly understands how to help survivors who’ve experienced narcissistic abuse. She offered powerful insight that helped me connect patterns I hadn’t fully understood before. I left feeling clearer, more grounded and genuinely supported. She offers resources after the session is over to help everything click between sessions. I look forward to each session I have with her.

I’ve had a really great experience. She is incredibly relatable, understanding, and easy to talk to, which makes opening up feel natural instead of intimidating. I really appreciate her flexibility and how accommodating they are with scheduling and life’s unpredictability. She also is refreshingly straightforward—honest, clear, and practical—while still being compassionate and supportive. I’m genuinely grateful for the support and growth I’ve experienced
