Carolyn is the perfect therapist for me. She is to the point while at the same time being very kind and caring. She is extremely responsive to messages and I always feel supported.

I've been in therapy before and I have to say that this is the first time I feel I'm actually getting to the root of my difficulties and challenges . Carolyn understands the challenges that come with living with trauma and neurodiversity yet always is encouraging with meaningful home work, check ins to keep me on track and great insights . I highly recommended her if you are serious about making some changes in your life.

Every time I talk with Carolyn, I end the call feeling lighter and more empowered. Even when we have tough conversations, she is great at remaining real while also being encouraging every step of the way. I trust her to tell it to me straight but also provide me with the tools needed to overcome all that we have gone over. She is a huge believer in the importance of self love, and that’s something I have really appreciated. I couldn’t agree more with previous reviews, she creates an environment where you feel very safe, seen and heard. You can tell she genuinely cares and also has years of experience. So grateful to have found her.

I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with her considering this is my first experience with therapy! She really listens to my concerns and encourages me even when I don’t feel like I’ve made enough progress! Plus, she’s always checking in after hours and letting me know she’s here whenever I need her! I feel so seen and heard in a way I’ve never been and I can’t recommend her enough!
