I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my therapist. She has been an incredible source of support, wisdom, and encouragement during one of the hardest seasons of my life.
From the very beginning, she created a safe, welcoming space where I felt heard, understood, and never judged. She has helped me work through trauma, navigate overwhelming challenges, and build healthier ways of coping. Her compassion, patience, and genuine care have made such a profound difference in my healing journey.
What stands out most is how invested she is in her clients. She listens with empathy, asks thoughtful questions, and provides practical tools that have helped me grow both emotionally and mentally. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter, stronger, and more hopeful than when I walked in.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly passionate about helping people heal, I cannot recommend her enough. She has had a lasting impact on my life, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she has done to help me become a healthier, happier version of myself.

I have been dealing with personal life experiences that are tough work experience that are tough as well as past traumas that are tough and I feel like I can just unload without feeling judged, but also unload until someone that doesn’t know or see or hear what’s going on so I feel much better I don’t realize that the session would be the hour because I’m so comfortable with talking to the therapist.
