Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Carrell Frederick. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I really appreciate Carrell's approach to beginning therapy. Specifically, understanding my issues and concerns and helping to guide me into goal setting, which will lead to success. I have been to many therapists, and surprisingly, none have talked to me about goal setting. I feel really good about the progress we are making!

I couldn't have selected a better therapist for myself if I tried. She's very knowledgeable and asks all the right questions for my self examination and growth while giving very relatable suggestions and advice. She helps me realize how simple my goals can be achieved in consistent, measurable steps.
