Carrie is exceptional. I have struggled to find a therapist that doesn’t feel like they are reading from a generated script or just saying things they read in school. Carrie is REAL and helps me with my REAL problems. I needed someone who wasn’t too soft and was knowledgeable of my psychiatric diagnoses; she checks those boxes and more. I highly recommend Carrie, and I am so grateful I found her.

Carrie has truly been able to teach me the necessary skills to get myself through some extremely difficult times, along with healthy coping skills to use during times like that.
Carrie truly makes it known that you are seen, heard, and most importantly capable of overcoming whatever obstacles you might be facing.
I couldn’t recommend Carrie as a therapist enough, she is one of the best.
