Casey is a great listener, is personable, and easy to talk to. He has done a great job being a support for me these last several months, and I am glad that we are able to continue with our counseling sessions. Thanks Casey!

Working with my therapist, Casey Cox, has been one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of my life. It is difficult to put into words just how grateful I am for the support, compassion, and guidance he has given me throughout some of the most vulnerable and painful parts of my healing journey.
I came to therapy carrying decades of wounds I didn't fully understand how to name, let alone heal. Through our work together, he has helped me better understand and address complex trauma, childhood trauma, abuse within a previous marriage, sexual assault, and the painful experiences that shaped the way I saw myself for much of my life.
What has meant the most to me is the safety he has created within that process. I have never felt judged, dismissed, or made to feel that my emotions were too much. He listens with genuine compassion, validates what I am experiencing, and at the same time gently offers new perspectives, tools, and ways of understanding myself that have allowed me to move forward rather than remain trapped in the pain of my past.
He has also provided me with an incredibly supportive space to make peace with some of the darkest chapters of my life, including my past struggles with suicidal ideation. Healing from those experiences has not meant pretending they never happened; it has meant learning that they do not have to define the rest of my life.
For so many years, I struggled with deeply rooted feelings of being unworthy—of love, respect, compassion, safety, and even my own kindness. Through our work together, I feel as though I have slowly found my way back to myself. I have developed a sense of self-worth and self-compassion that I genuinely did not know was possible for me. More importantly, I have found a profound gratitude for my life and for the person I have become.
There is something incredibly powerful about having someone sit beside you as you revisit the parts of your life that hurt the most, without judgment or pressure, and help you discover that there can still be peace on the other side of them. He has done that for me time and time again.
I know that I am the person doing the work of healing, but I also know how much his guidance, patience, insight, and compassion have helped make that work possible. I truly do not know if I would have found this depth of healing, gratitude, and love for myself without his support.
Finding the right therapist has changed the trajectory of my life. I feel incredibly fortunate that I found Casey. I will always be grateful for the safe space he has given me to understand my past, reconnect with myself, and begin building a life rooted not in what happened to me, but in the love, peace, dignity, and possibility I now know I deserve.
