About me
I work with individuals with a wide range of challenges, to explore needs and goals, and empower you in your life. I offer an environment free from judgement where you can be heard. I work with different tools, tailored to suit each individual. Our sessions work with the counselling relationship and my clients often find this one of the most helpful elements.
If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, confused, or are wanting to work through other parts of your life, get in touch to talk through how I can help with these challenges.

Cassandra was essential and invaluable to my recovery. I was struggling with burnout and anxiety and she helped me turn a corner and genuinely change my ability to manage those issues. Couldn’t recommend more.

Cassy is an amazing person to have available to talk to and to be able to share any worried with. She checks in with me as I have a crazy schedule and work is very different to other professions.
She is excellent! I highly recommend her!

Working with Cassy has been one of the most genuinely helpful experiences I’ve had in therapy. She’s supported me through a difficult breakup, but more importantly, she’s helped me understand myself on a deeper level — especially around attachment and recurring patterns I hadn’t fully seen before.
Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and practical. She’s recommended a range of tools and books that have allowed me to continue my growth outside of our sessions, which I’ve found incredibly valuable. I always leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and better equipped to move forward.
I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for honest, intelligent support and real personal development — not just someone to talk to, but someone who actually helps you grow.
