My adult children have each been helped tremendously by seeing a therapist. They recommended for years that I do the same. I was extremely apprehensive, since the one time I sought help locally the sessions were counterproductive. But I have been pleasantly surprised at how easily I can speak with Catherine. I initially decided to try therapy through Better Help when I saw that I could have faith-based counseling. Although we don't really discuss anything religious, I know that the core values and beliefs are shared. This is very important to me. Rev. Bogue has a wealth of knowledge that I hope to continue to benefit from. She listens, understands the issues and can cut through the noise to help find the "why" behind behaviors and habits I so desperately need to change.

Catherine has always been good for me. She has told me things I didn’t want to hear but needed to and it has changed my life for the best.

Rev. Bogue has been extremely caring and so easy to talk to. I do not feel judged when I tell her things or feel like I have to hide anything. She’s very informational on giving me the background of things and their meanings, and is always prompt and on time.
