During one of the darkest periods of my life, Catherine's sessions and support have really helped me turn it around. As someone who had been suffering for a long time before seeking help, Catherine guided me through and gently but surely put me on the road to recovery.

Now, I'm feeling like I've got control of my life again.

Catherine has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very accommodating to my nerves and uncertainty of starting therapy and allowed me to do the session how I best felt comfortable. I would highly recommend working with her, she is very compassionate and a pleasure to speak to.
