I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 30 years, and I realize that most of us want to be happy and have healthy fulfilled lives. However, we may experience "roadblocks" in reaching our goals; but, I believe that I can "help". With honesty and compassion, I believe in treating everyone with the utmost respect. Plus, I have a positive attitude with determination and commitment to do my best. My counseling approach combines person-centered, and solution-based therapy. I will customize our conversations, goals and working plans to meet you specific needs.
