Catherine is intuitive, caring, and listens deeply. She offers a number of suggestions for things to work on or investigate until the next session. Of those suggestions, there is always one or two that fit me at the moment which makes it easy to act on without it seeming like an assignment or homework.
I appreciate Catherine doesn't have an 'agenda' or topic to discuss with each session. She quietly leaves things open for me to speak my mind about. of what is important to me in that moment. It's more like talking with a trusted friend versus a therapist.
