I am committed to assist individuals in healing from childhood and adulthood trauma.
My goal is to provide individuals with a healthier perspective about life, the resources and support to make decisions, and tools to enact desired behavioral changes. Individuals are assisted in developing treatment plans to develop coping and social skills to enhance their quality of life.
My counseling style is theoretically grounded in a client-centered approach. At the core of this approach to counseling is my belief that my clients are always seeking to move toward their own healing. As a result, when working with you my goal will be to create a positive therapeutic environment that will provide you the opportunity to uncover solutions to key issues impacting your life.
I commend you for taking the first step towards seeking for a more gratifying and happier life. I look forward in supporting you in the most rewarding journey of your life!
