About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC Board Qualified Supervisor, as well as Nationally Board Certified in both mental health counseling and school counseling. By using different psychological approaches, such as Cognitive, Adlerian, Behavioral, Systemic, or Solution focused Therapy, I can help you set goals and make progress towards wellness and personal growth.

For the past 14 years I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in the mental health setting. My mission is to help you gain perspective and promote healing and growth/wholeness. Come explore the issues keeping you or your loved one stuck with hopelessness or fear.

Life is a journey. It is full of ups and downs. You need balance to promote your mental, physical, and spiritual health to become the whole person that God intended you to be.
