Welcome, thank you for reaching out during a difficult time.
I graduated with my MA from the University of Vermont, I then moved to Houston, Texas to attend the University of Houston-Clear Lake for me graduate degree in psychology specializing in Marriage and Family therapy. I did my residency with Baylor University at the Star of Hope, a women and family homeless shelter. Some of these individuals were battling mental disorders, addiction, abuse, depression, family dysfunction but they all wanted to resolve their issues to work on a better future for themselves and their family. From there I transitioned to private practice. I have been practicing for over 13 yrs and have worked with individuals and couples who are battling (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, infidelity, addiction, abuse, life transitions, grief, divorce. My definition of a family is not limited to your immediate family, I believe that it includes everyone that has had any type of influence and impact on your life.
I would like to share with you my approach to therapy. I consider this to be your journey and I have the privilege to come along. It is my job to help you look behind every tree and under every rock so that you are able to make the most informed decisions along the way that will lead you to the destination you have chosen. I feel it is important for you to believe in the goals that we are working on, this does not mean that the goals can’t be altered or changed along the way. There are times when we get suffocated by this thing that we call life, when we find ourselves in this position we need to pull back the layers and get back to basics. I feel it is important for you to believe in the goals that we are working on, this does not mean that the goals can’t be altered or changed along the way. I consider the world to be your classroom and if you want change to happen you have to make change happen. With that being said, I give homework therefore our sessions will continue to help you in your daily routine. We can talk everyday but if I do not give you the chance to try the techniques we work on in your everyday life then nothing will change.

Celine is amazing. I've been supported through the death of a family member, anxiety, depression, and romantic heartbreak all in the same year.
She is AMAZING! I love her. She has been helping me for the past 9 months and she has helped me make a lot of progress.
Celine is great! She goes above and beyond the norm for me.
Celine is very helpful and always willing to work with my crazy schedule.
Celine is very pragmatic and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her. She sets you up for success in walking you through your thoughts, however confusing they may be. Thanks Celine!
Amazing counselor! Thoughtful, has great insight, takes the time to listen and offer advice. I look forward to my sessions with her every week!
Celine is FANTASTIC! Working with her has been extremely helpful during a difficult time in my life.
Celine is great and understands my complex thoughts which is so crucial to this process. She helps point out important things that she observes and helps me see new ways of viewing situations. She is great at reading my expressions and noticing when they change. The feedback really helps me be more aware of my feelings.
Celine is a very helpful and supporting person. She is good at helping keep things on track if conversation is not your strong suit. Creating a safe environment where you can speak as needed seems to be her specialty. You never feel judged, yet she is not afraid to give you real help by identifying your problems and giving honest feedback without an attitude of aggression. She is also proactive in offering advice and ways to work through your problems rather than just giving you a friendly face to vent to. She’s been very helpful with me so far and I’m sure she can be a great help to others as well.
She’s really understanding and patient, gives me quick and constant help and supports all the time. I really appreciate her. She’s a really great therapist.
Celine is a very lovely person. She is not just doing her job, she really cares, easy to talk to & let you feel that she is more like a friend. She tackled every problem. In a very short period, I really felt the difference.
She is amazing listens to me makes time for me I have never had anyone care about me and listen to me like she does she is so sweet. And I would recommend her to everyone! She knows what she is doing!
Celine is such a supportive counselor. She takes the time to get to learn what goals I have and how to get me to where I want to go. She responds in a timely manner which helps with my anxiety issues. I feel myself progressing and getting to a better, happier place.
Celine has been a tremendous help.
Celine is a lovely therapist, very understanding! I’ve only been with her a short while but she is so attentive and flexible to my needs!
She is a very considerate to my feelings and needs despite of the culture differences. She recently said ”I will be there for you to support you throughout your rough times“ it meant a lot to me and I felt that she is as one of my dear friends.
I've been working with Celine for about two weeks now, since I first started using BetterHelp's service. She has consistently provided very prompt feedback, and continues to provide me with ideas and materials that I can work through on my own schedule. Appreciate the support.
