Charlie is an experienced therapist who quickly understands individual needs and adapts his approach accordingly. He brings years of practical insight, listens closely, and provides grounded, actionable guidance. I’ve found his ability to connect patterns and offer clear direction especially valuable.

I greatly appreciate and respect the work my therapist puts into our sessions. I feel it is often hard for me to open up or share my difficulties with others and I feel that Charlie is really listening to me on different levels. I feel he has genuine talent in helping others what the next steps can be without feeling overwhelmed.
