Joining BetterHelp and being paired with Charlotte was the best thing I could have ever done! She was able to help me push past some fairly crippling anxiety that I had been dealing with for most of my life. She was able to help me manage my anxiety, break anxious cycles, and start enjoying life again. I am forever thankful!

In just a few sessions, Charlotte has helped me to really identify the root of deeper issues and provide compassionate prompts, advice, and techniques which have helped me resolve them. Charlotte is very grounded and friendly in the way she communicates, which I find easy and calming to interact with. I’m very happy with her as a counselor and Charlotte will be my first choice for future sessions.

I'm going to note that I've only been in therapy for about a month, but I do want to say that Charlotte is one if not the best therapist I've had.

She takes the time to go past the usual 'and how does that make you feel' and actually look at what underlying beliefs/values can be causing your emotions and behaviors and it's amazing how much insight she's given me and helped me find in myself. I am not healed but I am feeling hopeful which is huge because when I started therapy, I felt like I had no hope and I would just be this way forever.

Thank you Charlotte!! and if anyone reads this review and gets matched with her I want you to know that she may push you to think of some uncomfortable things but the relief and insight you get is worth it and you are lucky to have her!

Charlotte is an amazing counselor. She has the incredible ability to identify the root or core of an issue and immediately suggest helpful, practical and creative advice, information and tools to navigate the issue or problem. She is patient and understanding. She has been a very important component on my journey of self discovery, self actualisation and healing. I always come away feeling much better after a session with Charlotte. Thanks Charlotte!

Charlotte has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped me work through anxiety, low self-confidence, stress and depression in tough life situations. Talking with Charlotte gave me a release to express and verbalize all the things that I had been bottling up in my own mind without sharing them, and that in itself was very helpful. Charlotte is warm, kind, makes you feel very comfortable during the sessions with her. She really helped me cope with all the constant changes and challenges in life and helped me with the right perspective, mindset and tools to deal with feeling overwhelmed or anxious as a highly anxious person. I thank Charlotte for helping me build positive perspectives and self-confidence, and easing my anxious mind at times when I needed it most. I feel good and confident now to take on the world with these therapy sessions and tools, and would be open to this again when I need it again.

Charlotte is great. I really hit the jackpot by getting her as my first counselor. I didn’t have to wade through 2-3 people before I got to her like I have had to at other places.

Charlotte is very good at helping her patients identify a main structured point in whatever is conflicting them and then acting on that conflicted point with a plan of attack to get you where you need to be. She thinks deeper than what the issue is itself and helps identify other problem categories. I would highly recommend her for she has helped me with doing some deep searching and finding my motivation for achieving some goals I wouldnt have otherwise.

I appreciate the sessions I have been having with Charlotte over the past few months. They help to put things in perspective and help me to understand myself. I am always learning. I especially like when Charlotte asks me questions that make me stop and think - they are not always easy to answer, but they point me in a good direction to keep making progress. I'm also grateful that BetterHelp made it possible to have access to a Christian counsellor. Thanks Charlote.

Ms. Charlotte came into my life on a time that I did not expect to find a way out anymore. I have been struggling with PTSD my entire life and going through a violent attack with just finding therapists who were prejudiced, endangered me physically and mentally and let me down, (and women in general), BetterHelp was my last resort. I was fortunate enough to be matched with a kind soul like hers with tons of experience. I know not everyone is happy with BetterHelp's services, but they could not have matched me to a better person. I never knew that PTSD could be dealt with involving a professional in such a safe and healthy way. The moments you do not agree or do not feel understood, you can easily discuss with her and return to sessions afterward. On top of that, she looks like the cool grandmother you never had, offering comfort and a safe space throughout the sessions which every professional should be able to.

I was and still am going through a lot of changes in my life. Divorce, promotion, relocation to another country, new role, new team, new life, new love. I feel so lucky to be supported by Charlotte on my way. I was addicted to alcohol, smoking, doing harm to myself before we started working together. Now I am going to a gym, my life looks very promising, I stopped smoking and reduced alcohol intake. I like to live my life now, even if it is still not an easy one. I want to become a mother, and Charlotte is a great help to get there.
