Charlotte is very practical. She is helping me find my options in life and deal with depression and grieving. She has lots of life experience that has given her understanding and empathy about all the paths our life journey takes up on. It's hard to find a great therapist that you can connect with. I feels super lucky that Charlotte was assigned to me.

Kind, open, helpful, listens, considers your situation, responds with considered advice. I come away from each session feeling more calm and making slow steps toward gaining management of my adhd.
