She is the best therapist I’ve found on this app. She listens, she gives honest feedback, she lets you know she’s there for you. She gives relatable examples, offers advice including books and other techniques to try. I will continue with her as long as I have a subscription.

I really like how direct she is with empathy and getting the patient (me) to understand that she’s speaking with respect and want to better her patient. She isn’t the type to beat around the bush so if someone isn’t comfortable with confronting themselves and want to hear honest different perspectives or professional opinions and would rather want someone that just listens and coddles I would probably suggest a different therapist. However Charlotte has this amazing personality and the way she speaks it never comes out offensive and it really makes you deal with really difficult emotions with her instead of feeling like just a professional speaking at you. So I would definitely suggest everyone to her just to see at least if she would be a great fit for that patient anyways.
