Charlotte has a wonderful energy and is very engaging and supportive. She's a great listener and really picks up on things you may be trying to avoid. She's good at getting into the 'why' of feelings by going 'deeper' and providing a positive atmosphere promoting confidence and encouragement.

Charolette is amazing! She’s straight to the point but also super supportive which works really well. She’s had a refreshing perspective and is really thoughtful with her feedback. I’d recommend her to anyone (:

Charlotte is the best! She has listened to what really matters to me, help me see my problems in a new health light and pushes me outside my comfort zone to grow.

I believe she has a unique way about going about the therapy session. She is very helpful and tries to give advice or experiences which really is a great tactic. I would definitely recommend her services.

I was previously with someone in BetterHelp for almost two years who was amazing but after her departure from BetterHelp, I started with Charlotte. I’ve only worked with Charlotte briefly but she’s definitely already pushed me more than I’ve been pushed before to challenge myself to grow into my potential. It’s been a delight yet scary to be with a new therapist but I look forward to my journey with her and can’t wait to keep growing! Thanks Charlotte.
