As a Licensed Professional Counselor, suited to dealing with addressing stress, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, grief, and general mental health are among my specialties. I have a concentration on providing direct counseling services through psychodynamic, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies with an eclectic approach. Just like your physical health, your mental health needs to prioritize with intervention and maintenance.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate and genuine. I believe that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As your counselor, I will provide a safe and collaborative environment to address life challenges.

I genuinely cannot say enough about how amazing my therapist is. From the very first session, she created a space that felt safe, supportive, and judgment-free. Her compassion, empathy, and insight have been life-changing for me. She listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and helps me understand myself in ways I never could before.
What stands out most is her ability to truly see people she meets you exactly where you are, with kindness and encouragement, and gently guides you toward growth. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, more grounded, and more empowered.
Working with her has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life, and I am so deeply grateful for the care, wisdom, and dedication she brings to every conversation. She is a gift.
