Chauncey has been a tremendous help in my understanding of self, patterns and conditioned ways of being. He asks very great questions that really forces you to take inventory and accountability of what’s taking place. I set better boundaries and stay committed to my goals all with the help of his accountability and attention. Very glad to have his support and service.

Chauncey is a a great person, super welcoming and helpful. He gave me the push I needed to leave anxiety and unproductivity behind. He showed me how much I'm worth and teached me how to stand up for myself, because if you don't do it, no one else will. I learned how to be present and keep calm when undesired and annoying thoughts arise. I learnt how to keep going even though I do not want because our performance and who we are or want to be should not depend on our mood but ourselves and our willingness to succeed. Because we are capable of much more than we firstly think, our boundaries are far more away and we should always push them even further. We should not worry about things that are over our control and instead focus that energy in things that are under our control and be present over them. Every day is a battle with onselve in order to be the our best version, it's on us.
I'll be eternally grateful Chaunchey, thank you very much

I would highly reccomend Chauncey as a therapist for anyone struggling for anxiety, stress, self-doubt, self-critiscm and to learn better habits to cope/manage with the above.
Chauncey instantly made me feel comfortable sharing and opening up in our first session. He has a warm and welcoming energy and tone. He intentionally listens and supported me by helping me understand my thoughts patters more clearly and by supporting with actionable habits. He took the time to attach worksheets and supporting resources after our sessions for additional support which I felt went above and beyond and showed his care.
I appreciated our short time together ! Thank you Chauncey for listening, and providing support and helping me bring awareness to my thought patterns.
