About me
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than you expected to handle on your own. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can offer a space to slow down, sort through what is going on, and start to feel more grounded again.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, family dynamics, and life transitions, as well as those coping with chronic or serious illness, grief, and loss. I have a particular interest in helping people navigate complex situations where emotions, relationships, and real life responsibilities all intersect.
My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative. I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment. Together, we will work to better understand patterns, build practical coping strategies, and help you move toward a life that feels more manageable and aligned with what matters most to you. My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based work, and supportive therapy, always tailored to your individual needs.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you do not have to have everything figured out to begin. If you are ready for support, I would be glad to walk alongside you.
