Christina is great. I'm dealing with a lot of medical issues and she allows me a safe space to vent my frustrations and deal with the emotions of being sick.

Christina has helped me so much! I came into therapy nervous, not really knowing what to expect. She is personable, caring, friendly, and SO engaged! The way she had guided me to see things differently, for the better, has helped tremendously. She has given me the tools to work on many things myself between sessions. My relationships are better, I’m happier, I am better at controlling my emotions (anger, frustration) in situations that are not ideal. I’m a better Mommy and wife :)
