She has been just amazing I’m glad she’s been here helping me
Christina has helped me a lot. I'm more relaxed and confident, and I feel in time I'll be able to conquer my fears of failure and depression.
Christina is supportive and is able to see what I cannot in different things that I have shared. She is kind but honest in her approach.
Christina helped me to understand how to assert myself without losing my 'cool'. Through her I've come to realize I'm in control and I can remain in control by gently and firmly standing my ground. She's been wonderful guiding me and showing me how to accept a suggestion without thinking it's an ultimatum. Any suggestions made to me are simply that - suggestions. It's My choice to accept or ignore. If I choose to accept, great, if I choose to ignore, that's fine too. I was quite downtrodden and abused as a child, so grew up believing I had no rights. Christina has taught me I do have rights where my life's choices are concerned. I had to learn - again through Christina's guidance how to accept or decline decisions regarding my life. I now know how to decline, I always 'went along' with decisions I didn't make to keep the peace. I can still keep the peace, but in a more diplomatic way rather than engage in fighting. Thank you Christina.
Christina is kind and very knowledgeable. With her help I’m beginning to be able to control a lifelong battle with anxiety. I would highly recommend her!
I’ve come a long way working with Christina. She’s helped me open up.
Christina is attentive to her client’s needs and feelings and uses personal experience to relate and make connections with her clients.
I loved working with Christina she is great and very helpful
It's only been a couple weeks so far with Christina, and I do feel there had been a difference in how I react. It's really good to know that there is someone I can text at anytime, and know they are going to respond with kindness and guidance.
Dr Rolerson listens and provides all the necessary tools required for processing feelings, events and emotions. She is kind and supportive in her counseling and very consistent in replying back.
I would like to hear more from her in regards to insight into what causes certain behaviors and emotions so I may better understand them.
Christina listens to me and understand my concerns, it is already a great feeling there is someone out there for me. I believe if we go thru all these sessions she can help me to be more confident, know myself better, be able to act in situation where I'm not confident today etc. I would love to continue work with her, as we progress.
Christina does a great job of listening, and challenging me to better understand myself through my weight loss journey. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with food issues and anxiety.
I have send her my personal appreciation for her guidance and help
Christina and I seem to work great together! I really enjoy that I can message her at any time no matter what's happening. She has been a lifesaver so far!
This is not my first time trying online counseling, but it is the first time that a counselor actually understands my concerns and is helping me take concrete steps to managing the different stressors in my life. Christina offers a compassionate, non-judgemental ear with an understanding of her clients' thought processes. Thank you Christina!
