About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or carrying the impact of past trauma? You might feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to take the next step. I support children, teens, and adults across Illinois who are navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD. Together, we create a safe, steady space where you can process your experiences, build practical coping skills, and begin feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
My approach is compassionate and rooted in evidence‑based therapy. I help you recognize patterns, regulate your emotions, and build practical tools to manage anxiety, ease depressive symptoms, and heal from trauma—always at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
You don’t have to navigate this on your own. Therapy offers a space where you can feel heard, supported, and strengthened as you move forward. When it feels right for you, I’m here to help you take that next step.

Christina is very thorough in getting to the bottom of your needs and wants out of therapy. She is a great listener and refers to and writes notes often. She has been able to give me so many tools to help with my anxiety that I have not gotten with previous therapists in the past. She’s also very fun and easy to talk to which is why I think it’s been a great experience with her.
