About me

"Who we truly are, is all we'll ever need":

I believe that each person has a unique set of strengths and qualities that they can use to navigate life's challenges. Who you are at your core is enough to face any obstacle that comes your way.

In my therapeutic work, I honour the wholeness of each individual. I believe that you have everything you need within yourself to find fulfilment and achieve your goals.

Self-acceptance is a key component of my approach to therapy. I help clients recognise and embrace all aspects of themselves, so they can access a deeper sense of self-confidence and inner peace.

I operate from the belief that authenticity is the key to healing. When we fully acknowledge who we are, rather than trying to ignore or hide certain aspects of ourselves, we gain access to a wellspring of personal power and resilience.

I'm here to help you unlock the potential within yourself. By embracing your true nature—flaws and all— you can tap into a reservoir of creativity, strength, and wisdom that will empower you to create the life you want.

I am a BACP registered counsellor and I work in the UK. I have experience in helping clients with addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse. I look forward to working with you if you feel that my approach would suit you.

The kindest and most understanding therapist I have ever worked with. I felt comfortable to share even the hardest and most vulnerable moments with Christine and she made me feel safe and supported. Your biggest cheerleader and teacher in one, she will poke, prod and guide you to any destination you want to explore and reach in the best way possible. Whatever you need, communicate and she can help. Thank you for everything Christine! I will miss our sessions so very much.

Christine is a fantastic, thoughtful, and very kind therapist! She is very good at determining what kind of approach her clients need because she listens very intently, encourages you to embrace your sense of self, and guides you when needed. From the start, it has been a very natural flow of conversation with her, and I just feel at ease and well taken care of. I am glad she is my therapist because I have learned and grown so much by working with her!
