About me

I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor (LPC-S) with 16 years of counseling experience. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues, as well as trauma and emotional abuse histories.

I often draw from person-centered, humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, while thoughtfully tailoring my therapeutic style to meet each client's unique needs.

I believe that every person is on their own individual path, and my role as a therapist is to offer support and encouragement as clients navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change. If you are ready to take the next step on your journey to a happier and more fulfilled life, I am here to empower and support you.

Some things to know before choosing to work with me:
1. My sessions are set to 45 minutes and my clients schedule their weekly sessions by choosing a session time that works with their schedule. This is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Because this is an online platform, both electrical power and internet connection are necessary. Should there be a power outage or internet problem on either side, we will have to reschedule our session.
3. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know the day before if possible so that I can make that time available to other clients.
4. I do not provide crisis counseling on this platform. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911, your local emergency services, or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

I can't recommend her enough! From our very first sessions, she made me feel genuinely heard, understood, and cared for. Her compassion is evident in everything she does, and she has an incredible ability to ask thoughtful questions that encourage meaningful reflection and lasting growth.

She creates a safe, supportive environment while also challenging you in the most encouraging and constructive way. It's clear that she truly cares about her clients and is deeply invested in helping them heal and grow. Christine is AMAZING. She has a great way of making you feel so comfortable. Plus she really listens and really cares. I have been seeing her for a few weeks and we have already made a lot of progress. I love that she offers so many other resources that help too. Thank you Christine!!

I felt a sense of relief after my first conversation with Christine. She made me feel heard. She checked to make sure she was understanding me. She validated my feelings, but also offered guidance and points of view that I hadn’t considered. I never feel judged or lectured by her. I appreciate my time with her.
