I am a therapist licensed in Ohio with over 25 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with diverse range of clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, divorce, parenting problems, career challenges, autism, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced separation from their families with a history of neglect, sexual abuse, physical trauma, and emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive and always with a touch of humor. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I also believe directness to show respect for your intelligence and time. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, experiential, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy, and reality therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards finding meaningful change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Christopher Cuda really listens to me, well enough to see things that I haven't yet seen in myself. I so appreciate his many years of experience with neurodivergent clients. As someone late diagnosed, it's been fascinating having his help learning how I actually work and how to take better care of myself at 53 years old! I appreciate that his advice is always practical and geared towards finding workable solutions to life's difficulties. It's no exaggeration at all to say that working with him has been life-changing.

Christopher has done a lot with getting me to recognize my self worth and point out clearly the issues with my relationship and thinking. He has a way of showing things that that should be obvious that I am ignoring. Even when I feel like he is telling me I made a mistake I never feel bad or attacked. I would hope everyone has a therapist like him.
