Dr. Christopher Rocchio, LCSW
About me
I'm a licensed therapist in North Carolina with experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, helping them build resilience and find meaningful paths forward.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to meeting you where you are. I specialize in helping clients strengthen self-esteem, improve communication, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. I'm particularly skilled at supporting men through life transitions, workplace challenges, isolation, and the complex emotions that arise during midlife shifts.
I also work compassionately with individuals managing chronic pain and illness, impulsivity, and mood-related concerns. My therapeutic style is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I believe in honoring your values and creating space for authentic exploration.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater self compassion, connection, and clarity about what matters most to you.

Connection was easy with Chris. He's very transparent and professional but puts you at ease like you've known each other for years.
