I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing for more than 20 years and find great satisfaction in watching clients acheive a more personally acceptable quality of life. Though I have worked with a wide variety of populations, for the last 13 years I have been working in a clinical setting with adults experiencing a variety of issues from abandonment, loss of independence, grief and general adjustment to life stressors. I would consider my therapeutic style to be encouraging when necessary but I am also willing to give some firm feedback when necessary.
I find that building a therapeutic relationship to be the most reliable tool in ensuring you get the most from your counseling experience. Whether you are dealing with stress, relational issues, debilitating mood problems or simply in need of a sounding board, I believe we can work together to bring you to needed changes or insights. It is my belief that even the bad parts of our lives can be woven together to make a suit of armor that is protective, not necessarily something that drags behind weighing us down. Together, we can make this transition.
I look forward to our journey!

Wasn’t sure what to expect with an online therapist. But it works for me with my busy schedule.
She is a great listener and very relatable!! Highly recommend
Cindy is a lifesaver. Period. I've never felt more connected and in tune with a therapist. Talking to Cindy is like talking to a long time friend. She is comforting, knowledgeable, and non judgemental.

Cindy has helped me turn my life around in a few short months. She has helped provide me with the tools I needed to get out of my comfort zone. She has helped me prep for conversations I was going to have with my partner and I’m so grateful having her as my therapist. If I ever need to talk to someone again, I’ll talk to Cindy!

My experience with Cindy was great. She lets you get out all your feelings and listens in a very non judgemental way. She provides great feedback and helps you to utilize various methods to ground oneself.
Cindy is such an incredible person. She feels like a best friend…but one who’s more qualified to give me her opinions. I’ve been going through some crazy life situations and her expertise has helped give me the tools I need to handle everything that’s been thrown at me. The crazy part is I didn’t even know that it was happening. All of our conversations have felt like a chat with a friend and yet I’m becoming this well adjusted and centered person all thanks to her counsel.
Cindy is awesome! She’s very patient and listens with compassion. She makes me feel normal and that it’s okay to seek help for depression.
Cindy listens, gives me her thoughts about how to move on with my life and I look forward to our next session.
Cindy has been such a blessing in my life when I needed it the most. With her, I don’t feel alone or I that I can’t talk to anyone . She is always there with a quick text message or when I need to talk on the video call. We’ve only begun our therapy sessions together and she feels like a good friend who checks in and make sure your ok. I look forward to our sessions together every week.
