Claire is extremely professional. She offers a lot of different ideas & approaches. With her flexibility she can smoothly switch between dealing with everyday problems when necessary to dealing with bigger structural problems when comfortable. I'm very thankful for her support :)

I want to take the time to write about my positive experience with Claire. She provided me with the tools, information, and knowledge to confront the dilemmas and issues I was going through a couple of months ago.
I was able to express my concerns, emotions, and feelings comfortably. Claire thus provided me with new perspectives and tips on how to reflect on many aspects of my life alongside my actions. This helped out. I do highly recommend working with her.

I have been taking therapy with Claire since the last six months, and I can very proudly say that I feel privileged to be matched with her as my therapist. She is the kind of person who can sense your aura even before you begin to express yourself, but at the same time will give you the space to open up at your own pace.
She works in a way that challenges you to bring out your better self, but with kindness, care and again, at your own pace.
She provides an ultimate safe space for you to open up, makes sure that you feel safe in your journey with her and with yourself as you progress.
She has the ability to be empathetic to your mental health and at the same time, is able to draw that necessary boundary between empathy and sympathy towards your situation.
She makes the uncomfortable situations comfortable with a tint of humour that you'd not expect but eventually end up smiling in the midst of your darkness.
I am so grateful to have her as my therapist and I recommend her counseling, to everyone.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Claire as my therapist for 6 months, and it’s safe to say she is incredible. She’s helped me through many issues and adjusted the therapy accordingly each week to what challenges I was having that week and in between sessions she was always there to help when I needed it. She’s relatable, caring, professional and makes you feel safe and relaxed that you can share anything. Having tried therapy many years ago and it not being the most successful attempt I was in need to try again and I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish everything that I have without her this time, to the point I looked forward to going to therapy every week because I knew I could rely on her help and support. I could not more highly recommend her as she has changed my life and given me so many tools that I will continue using after therapy. Thank you so much Claire.

When I have my therapy session with Claire I feel instantly relaxed and calm. It’s Like I’m instantly in a chilled, safe place. I am around 10 weeks into my therapy and I already feel like I have learnt so much and gained a completely different perspective of how my thoughts work, and realised that although sometimes the way I think isn’t the best way, I’m
Not the only one that does it and there is ways to change this and light at the end of the tunnel! I look forward to my sessions every week with Claire and I’m looking forward to continuing my journey

Working with Claire has been a great experience for me. She understood my goals and helped me to achieve them using a range of approaches and by looking at the wider context of my personality and life history. I think Claire's use of this range of theories and practical tasks is particularly helpful if you don't know where to start with therapy as the variety gives you the opportunity to see what combination feels most helpful for you. Claire was encouraging and made me feel at ease; I am grateful for our time working together.

Claire is a great therapist and you can tell she's a great person behind the screen too. Always very kind and replies quickly. During our live chats she always makes sure that everything we do or talk about is something I am comfortable with but also tries to push me out of my comfort zone in order to make sure I am leading the most healthy and happy life I can.

Claire was really helpful for me. Her ability to get to know about who I was and my relationships with work and friends helped me navigate some things I was struggling with understanding. She gave me some helpful resources in between sessions to assist our one on one sessions. Also very prompt in replying to questions via message. Very down to earth and kind manner. Highly recommend!

Claire has been fantastic in the short time I've been working with her.
She's taken on board what I've said and what my needs are understanding that not one type of therapy fits all which is what I like about Claire the most.
She replies to all my journal entries individually and answers all my queries and gives me questions to think about, which is helping me understand my wants and needs better.
Feel I have known Claire forever, she's easy to talk to and I don't feel ashamed or embarrassed about any topic I mention and she doesn't judge or make me feel stupid.
Overall Claire has been great and I look forward to continuing to work with her to develop and grow my understanding of myself so I can deal with stress and general day to day life better.
