Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Claire Howdle. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

It can be so difficult to not only find a mental health professional, but also feel a connection and comfort with that person. I knew in my first session with Claire that I had finally found a therapist that was well matched for me. I felt seen, which is incredibly powerful and I feel comfortable being vulnerable, and when it comes to therapy that is a requirement.

I am extremely happy with the care and assistance that I am receiving and I would recommend Claire to anyone. For the first time in a long time I feel like therapy is actually working.

Claire is wonderful - her approach is warm, friendly and conversational and her guidance comes from sharp observance and an ocean of research and experience. She really cares about her clients and it makes all the difference.

Claire is extremely professional. She offers a lot of different ideas & approaches. With her flexibility she can smoothly switch between dealing with everyday problems when necessary to dealing with bigger structural problems when comfortable. I'm very thankful for her support :)

I went to Claire to help me with a difficult breakup and she helped me in mores ways then I know. She brought humor, light, kindness and a new perspective that help me progress greatly. I enjoy that we were able to talk in more than just a professional manner but in a personal manner were I felt she understood how I am in my real life, I felt I could be the honest me at all times. I highly recommend Claire, she is absolutely fantastic.

I want to take the time to write about my positive experience with Claire. She provided me with the tools, information, and knowledge to confront the dilemmas and issues I was going through a couple of months ago.

I was able to express my concerns, emotions, and feelings comfortably. Claire thus provided me with new perspectives and tips on how to reflect on many aspects of my life alongside my actions. This helped out. I do highly recommend working with her.

I have been taking therapy with Claire since the last six months, and I can very proudly say that I feel privileged to be matched with her as my therapist. She is the kind of person who can sense your aura even before you begin to express yourself, but at the same time will give you the space to open up at your own pace.
She works in a way that challenges you to bring out your better self, but with kindness, care and again, at your own pace.
She provides an ultimate safe space for you to open up, makes sure that you feel safe in your journey with her and with yourself as you progress.
She has the ability to be empathetic to your mental health and at the same time, is able to draw that necessary boundary between empathy and sympathy towards your situation.
She makes the uncomfortable situations comfortable with a tint of humour that you'd not expect but eventually end up smiling in the midst of your darkness.
I am so grateful to have her as my therapist and I recommend her counseling, to everyone.
