About me
Has your day-to-day life become overwhelming? Are you feeling lost along the path of life and unsure what to do next? I believe that we have what it takes to take back control and make our lives the best we can. However, sometimes we need some help making sense of things, and that is where I come in. I believe that with a trusting relationship and a willingness to examine all parts of ourselves, we can begin to find the answers we seek. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, I will work with you to help identify potentially problematic thought patterns that may be holding you back. Life can throw us curveballs, but that does not mean that we have to face things alone.
I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2018, and I am able to help with organization skills and ADHD, addictions, anger, depression and anxiety relief, and helping you see the world through a new light. Times may be tough, but let's see if we can conquer them together!

Cody has been very helpful in my mental health journey. He is a good listener, asks probing questions to challenge my thinking, and provides helpful insights. I have been able to use the learnings from our sessions to reduce my anxiety and improve my relationships. I would recommend Cody to anyone struggling with mental health.
