Mrs. Pope has a way of bringing compassion and accountability to a meeting where your emotions feel relevant. I feel heard and seen, but mostly empowered after each session

I have been to a few therapists/counselors in my life and could never seem to get the help I needed. From DAY 1 with Dr. Connie I knew that this time around was different and I was in good hands. She helped me tremendously with unraveling all the issues that I was dealing with. I was able to sort my brain out and move forward with immediate changes in my behaviors. She helped me undo the damage in my mind by the word of God, and the “assignments” that she gave me in between sessions really helped me to see myself the way that God sees me. I highly recommend Dr. Connie and will refer people to her for the rest of my life. The Lord uses her powerfully!

Connie is an amazing woman to have in your corner as you are trying to navigate this season in your life. She is kind and personable with her questions and responses. She really listens to understand not to check off a box and I always leave our sessions feeling cared for and reflective of what we just discussed. I highly recommend her if you are looking to really heal the hurts and wounds you have been carrying around.
