Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started.
I have experience in helping clients with many different issues including stress, depression, anxiety, grief and coping with addictions. I’ve also helped people who want to change the path they are traveling in life, to get a new start or go into a new direction.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It was my first time using anything like this but Craig made me feel relaxed and talked me through ways to help me going forward. After 4 weeks therapy, I took a 4 weeks off but can't wait to talk through what he's helped me improve on and where I want to go next!
