My experience with Crista Shaw has been very positive. She is intelligent, approachable, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental, and encouraging. She allows me to speak freely about my problems and allowed me a longer session to support me when I was feeling vulnerable. She is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and has been respectful of my pronouns.
