I love working with Cristy. She helps me through what I am struggling with and offers different perspectives. She respects my point of view but isn't afraid to say what she thinks. She's caring, smart, empathetic, and a good friend.

Christy has been just what I needed in this season of healing — not only is there accountability to improve when I need it, but a grace to meet me where I am at with compassion and help illuminate a way forward. It is obvious that she cares deeply about her clients, and she has such a bright and zesty energy that is contagious and inspires me to elevate as well. I am truly grateful for Christy and the work that she does!!

Good listener and a good therapist, 3 sessions isn’t enough to beat depression but she helped enough for me to start getting back on my feet.
