She's awesome. She listens, she understands. I feel like I have a good friend to talk to during our sessions.
Mrs. Norris is absolutely wonderful! I really enjoy my time with her. She's so down to earth and understanding. She makes me feel comfortable and welcome and I trust what she has to say wholeheartedly. She's incredibly kind and caring and the best therapist I've had so far. Absolutely amazing!
Crystal is an outstanding therapist! I have been in individual and couple's therapy previously so I have a solid understanding of what works and what doesn't work for me. I was hoping for a relationship with a therapist that was more practical in nature (CBT) and I found exactly what I was looking for. In our sessions Crystal was insightful, kind, and funny. I came in with some relationship issues (personal and romantic) and was able to improve those relationships pretty quickly using tips suggested by Crystal. I looked forward to sessions--even texting--with her and hope to work with her again when finances allow.
Crystal is the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. She is so patient and understanding and offers really great insights and advice. I feel that these few short months I’ve worked with her have helped me make a lot of progress on my issues already and I’m very excited to continue to get healthy and whole with her help.
Crystal is a great counselor! She is uplifting and is always positive. She has given me great tips to help control my anxiety and panic attacks!!
everything is perfect, I would just suggest we have a way to go back to a question in a review because my fat finger pressed the wrong bubble, it was excellent all the way thank u for introducing us!
I have been speaking to Crystal for a few months now, and she has been helping me immensely to work on my anxiety and low self esteem. She is very dedicated to helping, and is calming and understanding to talk to. I once had apprehension about seeking help, but Crystal proved those fears to be wrong.
Great to work with. Very warm and easy to talk to.
I found my counseling experience with Crystal Norris to be extremely helpful. I was amazed at how quickly she grasped and understood the issues I was describing related to how to better support my young adult son with depression. Crystal offered practical advice that I could apply immediately to my situation, plus sent a follow-up article with additional helpful tips.
Working with Crystal so far has been really great and enjoyable. She really listens and finds practical ways to work around issues. She is also really fun to talk to. I recommend having Crystal as your counselor!
She has been great so far, but I think I put in answers to questions that were wrong. Where I put in “completely disagree” it should be absolutely the opposite. My experience has been great so far!
I really liked Crystal, she was understanding and patient. I'm going to miss her!
This is our 3rd session. She has been amazing so far.
Crystal is very pleasant and very easy to talk to. She makes it easy to be open and honest with discussing my issues. I enjoy our sessions.
Crystal is a good listener and she is very solution oriented. She is good at making practical suggestions to help me move forward and make progress. She is kind and knowledgeable.
Crystal is an amazing counselor. She has a loving presence and is a great listener. She has helped me uncover the deeper reason behind my issues, and has provided me with tools to work through them. I highly recommend her!
