Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Cynthia Gladyness. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I came to better help looking for help. Cynthia Gladyness was paired as my therapist because of what challenges and obstacles I was trying to overcome. She is amazing! Although I know it takes time to heal and get where I want to be, she has offered many strategies to help me better understand, cope and heal. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I KNOW I will get there. I love her approach to therapy! She is straight forward, which is what I need. Cynthia's approach makes you actually and reflect on things.

I like Cynthia in the fact that she challenges my beliefs. She's got a no nonsense attitude which meshes will with my personality. She's not afraid to call out where I'm wrong and I appreciate that.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been back in therapy, but here I am, still working on me. Cynthia sees through all the smoke and hit me with a hard truth: “Empathy without boundaries is dangerous.” And the more I reflect on it, the more I see how true that is. I appreciate the real conversations even if I'm not ready to hear it.
