I have considered therapy for a while. I finally worked up the courage and tried BettetHelp. I’ve only had one therapist with BetterHelp, but I could not have found a better match with Cynthia. She has taken the edge and anxiety out of the “process” and had created an environment that feels like we are just talking, but talking with a purpose.

Cynthia has truly been a God send to me! I wanted a therapist who would take time to listen to me and help me actually work through my issues. Although there are many, I know Cynthia is committed to helping me end this cycle and truly understand how to have a life worth living. At our first visit I told her I wanted a therapist to hold my feet to the fire as I was tired of running. She works hard to give me the time I need to express myself, she provides invaluable materials that assist me in my journey. She has a genuine heart and you can tell how much she truly cares. She is always responsive to me when I need her and I have never felt rushed. I feel important to her. I am so glad I have found her!
