About me

I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in California with over 6 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and substance abuse issues. I also helped those who have experienced sexual issues and physical trauma or emotional abuse, and those in need of Christian-focused counseling. I have also worked with residential and outpatient clients.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and non-judgmental. I believe that the client is the expert on themselves and therefore won't someone what they should do. My approach is primarily solution-focused. Together as a team we will create goals. Not everything works with everyone so it is important to state what you like and don't like in order to create a treatment plan to meet your needs.

I want to congratulate you on taking the step to change in order to reach your goals of becoming happier and more free. I look forward to being able to support and empower you on this journey.
