Dan is such a wonderful and supportive person and he is an excellent therapist. I cannot recommend him highly enough because he provided me new perspective and insight in a manner that reached me where I was and gave me tools that were very relevant and built on them at an appropriate rate. I am truly grateful for Dan he has been there for me for the past couple of months and in that short time I have grown so much even in some unexpected ways. He has made therapy feel enjoyable for me. He has made me think about things in a different way that have really helped me to be successful in all areas of my life school, work, relationships etc. He is genuine and extremely logical which I appreciate I always looked forward to our sessions together and left feeling happy and recharged for the week.

The inout if Daniel is very scientific which I need and found useful. Often fears and other conditions I experience are guided by false thoughts without much evidence. Also building skills work that I can do became more clear to me which I find empowering.
