Daniel listens and offers his perspective, but more than that, he accurately gets to the root of your concerns and guides you on a path to self-awareness. I started my BetterHelp journey with concerns over my spending/addictive personality. Daniel helped me put those issues in a larger context of my relationship with my father and others. If nothing else, I have come away with a stronger understanding of what I can control in my life, vs what I can’t. Daniel has been an excellent resource for me and I highly recommend him for his therapeutic skill set.

Daniel is a knowledgable and helpful therapist. I felt he truly listened to my needs in our sessions and was able to provide helpful guidance and tools to leverage outside of our sessions on my own. He is compassionate, calm, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Daniel.

Amazing person with such a beautiful soul. I have always wanted to seek help and was unable to. I was extremely nervous about seeking help but Mr. Patten really made me feel safe, comfortable, and heard.
