About me

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, intimacy related issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

The core of my therapy style is empathy and compassion, as often it can be a challenge to show that to ourselves, I look to meet you where you are; free of judgement. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioural, humanistic and psychodynamic. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support you in that journey.

Highly recommend Daniel S.! I’ve been attending sessions with him since April and have found his approach incredibly effective. The anecdotes he shares are always spot-on, and the practical exercises he provides have helped me understand myself so much better. He is an insightful and supportive therapist.

Daniel has been a tremendous Therapist, I've spoken to him for two years and he's helped me through so much. He found ways to connect the things I was going through in ways which helped me contextualise and understand how I was feeling, which ultimately led to me understanding myself so much more than I used to.

I have found Dan to be supportive in helping me make sense of some difficult emotions, it has meant I can reflect more clearly and understand what I am feeling and why.
Dan has helped slow my feelings down so I can feel more grounded and self-aware, meaning I can recognise my own needs and how I can start finding a way forward.
