Super sweet and understandable. Made therapy so much easier and didn’t have any judgement from her. Was like chatting with a close friend that you can confide in!

How lucky I was to have found a therapist who’s an expert in what I’m experiencing at the exact time that I need it.

To me, it doesn’t feel like therapy. It just seems like a couple of gals chatting about life, but the great thing is for once, it’s ok to make the conversation all about me, unlike what it’s like in a real friendship. I can finally talk about anything I want to and not feel like I’m taking up someone else’s time to speak about themselves. It’s been a place for me to be 100% open about myself and my feelings, some of them can seem pretty bad in my head, so I’m happy to have that safe space.

She’s really given me some suggestions on some of the more complicated things I’m dealing with, and is always providing some kind of worksheet or information to help me absorb what we discussed. She has really hit dead on some of the things I do, what the actions are called, and how to recognize them & stop to think a bit more on it before I begin acting on it or thinking too deeply about it. (I have a way of making everything the worst case scenario it can be, and I also live day to day with a lot of guilt and am always over defensive or thinking everyone thinks the worst of me.)

I definitely recommend her, but it honestly depends on the individual and what their style is or the specialty they are looking for. She absolutely works for me and I have felt improvement, even though it’s tiny… it’s still an improvement and I recognize that!
