What a breath of fresh air to speak with a real qualified therapist based in the UK who actually knows how to challenge me, my thoughts and my patterns and beliefs. I’m making real progress after just two sessions being nudged in the right direction and allowed to explore what has been a 30 year pattern with grace and wisdom from Danyl as he is a true professional. Cannot recommend him enough.

It's nice to have someone to talk with, who listens and helps process the little details.

I've had a lot of therapists over the years. Danyl has been my favorite. He is compassionate, an excellent active listener, and has the rare ability to come up with creative, challenging, relevant, and thought provoking questions pretty much instantaneously. It's impressive and refreshing to be caught off-guard after having so many therapists where you could almost predict the next thing they're going to say verbatim. Danyl's wonderful cross section of intelligence and genuine care are why I use Better Help.

Danyl is very professional as well as being down to earth and empathetic. I feel safe opening up and he asks questions that make you think about things in a different light. I would definitely recommend. He is clearly very experienced in his field and I have benefitted lots from his service. thank you

I have had Danyl for two sessions and he's provided me structure and practical independent learning work - which is precisely what I asked for. Critically though, he's really great at listening and asking questions which provoke insight. I like saying my piece and someone with a simple question revealing there might be something unreasonable or irrational hidden away in what I am saying, that I am otherwise unaware of.
