Recognizing that you need more support and tools in your journey requires courage and commitment. I am here to facilitate a collaborative process of inner work and inner awareness. I am well-versed in the therapeutic process and have been a Social Worker for over 10 years. I am a great listener and have the ability to attune to the needs of a person as they express and emote. My greatest offering is my presence, and my ability to provide non-judgmental support, feedback, and aid individuals in articulating their vision and taking steps in their desired direction.
I see every individual as having incredible strengths, gifts, and resources, and I endeavor, in my personal and professional life, to see individuals as more than their circumstances and challenges. You are powerful and capable of any measure of growth you desire or strength you seek.
I would love to hear from you on any matter you seek to process.

She’s very good at listening and talking to you, you’re not just having a conversation with yourself. Xxx
So far, Darla has been a good therapist. We don’t talk daily - but I think we talk weekly. I like that she’s virtual because I am an online student. I’d recommend Darla and any other therapist from BetterHelp! I am suffering from Major Depression.
Darla is incredibly empathetic and wise. My situation is uniquely challenging and she is getting through it with me. I really appreciate having her.
After the first session I really felt heard and seen by Darla. She made me feel like the struggles I have are normal and that there are things I can work on to overcome them. Very positive and supportive. Great listener. Kind.
Great listener, doesn’t muzzle me or put me down. Has a Great Way wording things so I understand better
Darla has helped me completely turn my life around. I’d recommend her to anyone!
Darla has been great!
Darla is awesome. She’s genuine, patient, understanding and she challenges my thoughts to help me overcome my struggles. The best therapist I’ve had. Much growth in the few weeks I’ve scheduled with her.
At this time, I have only had one session with Darla. However, she made me feel comfortable and provided a safe space for me to expression my feelings and release my emotions. Darla displayed compassion and concern when meeting with me. I am looking forward to more sessions with her.
Darla Roundtree provides excellent support through multiple channels and works with people with a busy scheduled like mine. I feel that I am in good care during our sessions and she goes above and beyond by providing exercises and "homework" that I can work on my own time. These are super helpful for me and they again work great with a busy schedule.
Darla has been a blessing to work with. She listens well, engages, and has a knack for providing new and insightful perspectives. From our first session I instantly felt like she was picking up on who I was without me even providing much information. She has really helped me to understand some of the “why” behind why I feel, say, and do certain things, which has been very helpful.
Honestly, my time with Darla has been incredibly beneficial. I feel so much lighter just being able to get things off my chest and she has provided resources that help me put what I’m feeling into words!
Darla has been super helpful thus far. From the first session, she has helped me realize many things I wasn’t aware of within myself. I am thankful to have her!
Darla is supportive and empathic. She sends me affirmations and exercises to do in my own time that that have challenged yet really resonated with me on my journey. I look forward to our sessions together and would 100% recommend her!
Working with Darla has been life changing. She's helping me to understand how intergenerational trauma is impacting my personal and professional life, and how I can reframe my thoughts to better benefit me. I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to work with her.
Good counselor. She challenges you making you probe deeper about why you feel, think, and articulate yourself the way you do. Expressing yourself and being heard will not go without the probing, challenging questions. I like her positive affirmations. I like the tools she provides as aids to counseling.
I adore Darla! She is wonderful to talk to and work with. She is very professional and inspiring. I look forward to our meetings every week. She’s keeps the magical healing spark of therapy alive and meaningful in my life.
I am a seasoned clinician that was seeking counsel on my relationship issues and I have found Darla to be most refreshing and professional in her approach. I highly recommend her to anyone. She has insight, patience, empathy!
I came to therapy dealing with some difficult life transitions, and I cannot stress enough how helpful, supportive, and professional my therapist was. She has a talent for getting to the heart of the matter every time, and her advice got me over one of the most difficult hurdles of my life. She is very skilled and knowledgeable, and I am so very grateful.
I am enjoying my time with Darla each week. As a woman of color, she does a great job connecting to my overall needs and concerns, which is greatly appreciated during this time.
Darla is extremely insightful and a great listener. She provides resources when needed and wonderful daily affirmations. I highly recommend Darla. She is kind and has taught me a lot.
Mrs. Darla gets to the root of the problem I feel. She is really nice and listens to what I'm expressing. I think if anyone new comes here, that they should get Mrs. Darla.
My counselor Darla has been exceptional. From day one she provided me with comfort that I was in a safe place to talk about myself and my concerns. She’s always uplifting and never fails to tell me when I’m making progress.
Jevon Vinson here. Darla Roundtree is amazing. She understands and I’m a person who feels like people don’t. I’ve felt alone and sad and somehow she’s bringing out the best in me daily. I appreciate her.
Darla is a thoughtful, kind and compassion therapist.
