She is great! I’m so happy to have been paired up with her.
Darlene listens so well. She’s very wise, and she always follows protocol. I truly appreciate her.
Even though “Better Help” is not a one on one in person counseling session, I was still able to tell that Darlene was compassionate about her job. She responded to my messages in a timely manner and sent stuff throughout the week for me to read. If you are having trouble with anxiety, I highly recommend her.
She is amazing!!!
I didn’t really get to fully dive in with her, but in the short space of time that I spoke with her, she was very professional and she was very patient. She helped to put my mind at ease. She seems like a good person to have therapy with.
I was always scared of therapy but she honestly made this a safe and wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend. She's a wonderful spirit.
Ms fletcher is VERY helpful and I would recommend her to anyone
I really like Darlene. I have only had a couple sessions, but I have felt better after each one. She seems very grounded and practical and compassionate and I appreciate her recommendations.
Darlene is a mind shifter! She is an inspiration, a motivator, what she says just sinks in and every phone calls ends with me saying “I never really thought of it that way”! I have one of the 1st things she said to me “you can’t reason with unreasonable people” written down and stuck to my fridge! I am so grateful for her knowledge, many many pearls of wisdom and how she has shifted my mindset. Legitimately, soul medicine and THE best self care!! This platform is brilliant. Love, love, love.
This is my first experience in counseling, which I had largely put off due to horror stories from acquaintances who had poor experiences with their counselor. I was beyond relieved to find the exact opposite with Darlene. Sometimes even just having someone who I feel confident is unbiased in their evaluation is enough to put me at ease.
Darlene is incredibly thoughtful, warm, caring and friendly and has helped me significantly. She's a wonderful therapist.
Darlene can sit and listen to everything I have to say or coach me for as long as I need. She is fantastic and her guided help has truly put me on the path to healing. She helps me through past traumas and explains why they effect/cause my current issues. Absolutely a wonderful counselor
Darlene Fletcher is an excellent councilor and listens and gives great advice.
She is amazing and has helped me with this mess i am going through in my life. She is understanding and listens which is always great.
Darlene is professional, kind, and insightful. She challenges me in the best way. Highly recommend.
Darlene has been very helpful! She has helped me to look inside myself and start developing ways to handle my negative thoughts in ways I had never thought of.
Darlene has demonstrated her willingness to listen and to share practical ways for me to cope with anxiety and depression. She understands what I am talking about and I feel completely understood.
Mrs. Fletcher is a wonderful person. She truly cares and it shows. She is so comfortable to talk.
Ms. Darlene is really sweet, kind and understanding. I think Better Help did a great job matching me with a counselor that can assist me on my healing journey and after two sessions she has already been such a big help to me. I appreciate her and Better Help.
Darlene is AMAZING!!! He understands me so well... I feel like I’ve known her for years instead of weeks!!!
Ms. Fletcher has been a wonderful counselor. I want to get help and she’s more than willing to help me. She’s given me techniques to help me manage my symptoms better. And she has also asked me to do things outside of my comfort zone. There is no pressure involved, but I want to get better and I know they will help in my healing process.
Very resourceful and professional. She has provided a lot of support and resources to me. Very knowledgeable and helpful
