Congratulations on taking the first step to facilitating change.

My name is Darlene. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling and a M.A. in Human Services Counseling . I have enjoyed a professional career working with diverse populations in a number of different settings. My experience includes but is not limited to Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Domestic Violence, Trauma Related Experiences, PTSD and C-PTSD, Social Anxiety and more.

My counseling style is compassionate. I do not believe in attaching stigma to mental health. I strongly believe one should care for mental health as they would any other health condition. In a warm, and caring environment I help facilitate the the areas you care to address and changes you are ready to make. My approaches are client centered, cognitive behavioral, solution focused and trauma informed.

Darlene Fletcher is hands down an amazing therapist. She genuinely listens and tries to understand what I’m going through at the moment. She actually cares about me as a patient and a person. She gives me tools and resources that actually work and I can use in my day to day life. She also gives me book recommendations to expand my healing and knowledge.
