Congratulations on taking the first step to facilitating change.

My name is Darlene. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor ( CRC). I have worked with children, teens, young adults, adults, geriatrics, and military veterans.

My counseling style is compassionate. I do not believe in attaching stigma to mental health. I strongly believe one should care for mental health as they would any other health condition. In a warm, and caring environment I help facilitate the the areas you care to address and changes you are ready to make. Ms. Fletcher has been a wonderful counselor. I want to get help and she’s more than willing to help me. She’s given me techniques to help me manage my symptoms better. And she has also asked me to do things outside of my comfort zone. There is no pressure involved, but I want to get better and I know they will help in my healing process.
