She's absolutely amazing. I have had two therapists before her who I didn't connect with. She is the first therapist I've had who has been genuine, supportive and solid advice. She helped me overcome my original reason for signing up for therapy and now I'm working through other traumas now. I'm very thankful for her. Truly am.

Shannon has been amazing and opening my eyes to different ways to deal with issues and also helping me understand the way I come off may not be the best even though I feel I was helping. I’ve only had a few sessions but these last 3 weeks have really helped in so many ways!

I was reluctant to use betterhelp but then I thought what's the most that could happen.... me not liking the therapist, the online therapy or whatever. So, with that being said.... I'm so glad I decided to use betterhelp. Surprisingly, I have found that using the online method of "live chat", Journaling and classes gives me an opportunity to express myself and not have the "looks and tones", body language and other indicators that could be misinterpreted by myself or my therapist. It allows me to freely express myself in my time. Now, with that being said.... Shannon is awesome! She is very compassionate, caring, understanding and knowledgeable. She challenges and encourages me to look inside myself and see if my "road blocks" are self induced by poor choices or if my challenges are not my problem but yet the other person. She is extremely valuable to all her clients. If, not.... it sure isn't because she doesn't try. We as clients must be receptive and willing to accept constructive criticism. We must be filling and understanding that as a therapist, she cannot wave a magic wand and all our mental issues be gone. We have to take those tools and apply them to our lives cause at the end of the day, we hold the key to our successful journey. I want to thank you Shannon for all you do. You are amazing and thank you for validating my thoughts, encouraging me and most of all being there for me. You are supior my dear. Keep on keeping on!
