I am licensed in South Carolina with 25+ years of professional work experience working with adults and teens. I often work with people who find themselves at a crossroads. In those moments, you may be feeling depressed, unhappy, overwhelmed, bored, anxious, or “stuck” and are looking to break free from your present experience.
My practice is focused on helping people find a renewed sense of meaning and empowerment in their lives. Initially, we may work on relieving your presenting symptoms by exploring new perspectives and through the use of helpful exercises, however, the core of my work has an eye towards deeper and more meaningful change.
The day-to-day stressors of everyday life, coupled with our past experiences, lead all of us to live life largely unaware of the vast psychodramas playing out beneath the surface. We will explore these inner dimensions and callings so that you may engage with life in more meaningful ways.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for David Diana. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
We've only held 2 sessions so far but David Diana has shown investment, care, and professionalism. He switches at a moment's notice, in a great way, from active and attentive listening and note taking to giving feedback and highlighting significant behaviors and factors. The immediate key detail for me, so far, is how he's delivered this in an organic way that shows experience with an honest interest to help me figure things out, not procedurally check lists.

I dont normally do reviews on anything, but he deserves the recognition and support. David is attentive, caring, and present. He does a great job making it feel like a genuine conversation, like he really wants to help, because he does. He's in the right field, and I've been very fortunate to have been matched with him. I look forward to what we discover in the coming sessions we have together. Cheers to you David.

David is very dialed in. He gets it. No matter what it is. He is articulate and smart but never makes you feel like you’re in counseling. He comes across as more of a Jedi Master. Highly recommend his services.

David is truly amazing! He is a compassionate listener and always takes the time to understand my concerns. What I appreciate most is how he helps me find practical ways to cope with my challenges. Instead of encouraging avoidance, David pushes me to face my issues head-on, guiding me on how to manage and overcome them. His approach has been incredibly helpful in my personal growth, and I feel more confident in handling difficult situations thanks to his support. Highly recommend David to anyone looking for guidance and positive change!
