Dawn Berry-Nath, LMHP
About me
As a Nebraska licensed therapist who lives in Michigan, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. I am a service-connected disabled Desert Storm veteran of the United States Air Force.
My practice centers on helping clients address challenges like depression, anxiety, intimacy issues, post-traumatic stress, social anxiety, and women's mental health concerns. I bring compassionate expertise to supporting individuals through life transitions such as divorce, chronic health conditions, and intimacy-related struggles.
My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in understanding each person's unique experience. I'm committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth. Drawing from evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, I help individuals work through depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress and self-esteem challenges with empathy and professional guidance.
I believe in honoring each client's individual journey, offering a collaborative and affirming space where healing and personal transformation can unfold at a comfortable pace. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your inner strength and navigate life's complexities with greater confidence and clarity.
