Very satisfied. She listened and tried to help with my issues

Dawn Thompson is the first therapist I have ever felt comfortable truly opening up to, and the only one I’ve ever stuck with. She helped me through the loss of my mother and the complicated anger that came with it, never once making me feel judged for anything I brought into the session. She has supported me through some of the hardest decisions of my life, and her steadiness made those decisions feel manageable. She remembers everything, every detail of our past conversations, so I never have to start over or re-explain myself. She is consistently kind and encouraging, and she has genuinely helped me. She is the first therapist I have found truly valuable, and I recommend her without hesitation.

I so appreciate Dawn’s approach. She knows and understands my goals, gives me helpful articles and surveys that don’t take a ton of time. She is so super easy to talk to. She gives me bite size goals each week that are hard but achievable and really move the needle on progress towards my goals.
